After losing in 2012, Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama have once again hand-picked liberal Jim Graves because he is a rubber stamp for their big government policies. They hope that a multi-million dollar smear campaign can overcome his ultra-liberal positions on taxes and spending. Unfortunately for them, no amount of money can mask the truth.

As a puppet for the Obama/Pelosi agenda, Jim Graves rarely lets the facts get in the way of his blind support of radical left-wing priorities. Even with 11.7 million Americans unemployed, food stamps enrollment at its highest level ever, and just 38% of Americans supporting Obama's handling of the deficit, Graves continues to support the same dangerous economic policies:
  • Graves voiced support for the $600 billion Fiscal Cliff tax increase: "One thing Graves will point to is Bachmann's Jan. 1 vote against the fiscal cliff deal..." (Minneapolis Star Tribune, January 13, 2013)
  • Graves voiced support for the Obama/Pelosi $700 billion Wall Street bailout: "He said the Wall Street bailout kept the country from slipping into a depression..." (Minnesota Public Radio, April 24, 2012)
  • Graves voiced support for the Obama/Pelosi trillion dollar stimulus: "He said...that the recesion would have been worse had there been no stimulus bill" (Minnesota Public Radio, April 24, 2012)
  • Graves voiced support for Obamacare: Graves often cites his support for Obamacare in interviews, calling it a "good start," a "good bill in many ways" and "the farthest thing from socialism as you can get." (Huffington Post, Sept. 17, 2012 and The Ed Show, August 17, 2012)
  • Graves voiced support for Obama's tax-raising "Simpson-Bowles" Report: "'I thought Simpson-Bowles was a darn good start,' he said." (Star News, June 2012)
